About Butler County Early Childhood Center
The Butler County Early Childhood Center (BCEC) was opened in August of 2024. We are an early childhood center located in Morgantown, KY. We service the developmental needs of preschool aged children, Monday – Thursday 8:00AM to 2:00PM.
